The services provided by the Consultancy Centers include:
- Providing information and consultation to disadvantaged unemployed people for job opportunities in the country and abroad; acquaintance with measures and programs for the financing from the republican budget and the European Union, programs for people with disabilities, etc.
- Informing and advising disadvantaged people about the opportunities to start their own business. Assisting disadvantaged people in assessing the feasibility of an idea and market demand for the product.
- Informing disadvantaged people in finding funds and resources to start their own business, including conducting information campaigns on current opportunities to promote entrepreneurship.
- Informing and supporting start-ups established by disadvantaged people with advice on their management and development.
- Informing and supporting disadvantaged people to participate in projects and programs for financing the activities of small and medium enterprises (SMEs).
- Informing and offering services for employers when hiring disadvantaged unemployed people, explaining the possibilities for applying with projects under European Union programs.
- Creating conditions for direct exchange of information between potential employers and disadvantaged jobseekers.
- Award of the "Ethnically Tolerant Employer" certificate for the promotion of employers in the region who follow the principle of equal treatment of workers and ensure a non-discriminatory approach to them.
- Provision of financial information and consultation - official information on social security, labor legislation and tax issues in the Bulgarian and Romanian border areas and implementation of specific regulations.
- Providing legal advice - official information on company law, procedures for registration of companies, regulations concerning disadvantaged people, etc.
