The main objective:

Establishing active cross border cooperation for development of joint strategies and measures logically united for improving the chances for employment of disadvantaged people.

Specific objectives:

Support to the integration of disadvantaged people on labor market through innovative measures and trainings and creating a reliable online source for job finding.

Main results:

1. Developed joint strategy to overcome barriers to entry of disadvantaged people into the labor market.
2. Manual developed and trainings conducted in 6 courses with representatives of the target group in CBC area.
3. Established two consultancy centers and developed an online platform.
4. Improved awareness and activity of disadvantaged people on employment opportunities
