CHANGE IN THE SUBMISSION OF ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

The submission of the annual financial statements this year will be free of charge. According to Art. 12, para. 3 of the Commercial Register and the Register of Non-Profit Legal Entities Act (New, SG No. 38/2020, effective 01.01.2022) of the current year, the fulfillment of the obligation to submit annual financial statements to the Registry Agency within the relevant statutory deadlines is exempt from paying a state fee, according to the agency.

Until now, traders had to pay a state fee for the publication of the GFO in the amount of BGN 40, but it can fall by half, as much as it falls.

From this year, the publication of the GFO can take place only in one place - electronically, through a centralized information system - the so-called. "Single entry point".

Thanks to this system, it will not be necessary to publish it in a few places, as it has been so far, and the National Revenue Agency, the Registry Agency and the NSI will do so.

The Registry Agency invites traders and non-profit legal entities to fulfill their obligations in a timely manner.
