Final: 90 working days of unpaid leave will be considered as an internship

People who are currently on unpaid leave due to the pandemic or are about to go on such leave will be credited with up to 90 days of service, and therefore pension insurance, but it will be on the minimum wage, not the real, received during operation. Also, during unpaid leave, everyone will have to pay the minimum health contributions at their own expense in order not to lose their health insurance rights.
If those who went on unpaid leave were in good standing before him and only for these 90 days they cannot pay health insurance contributions of BGN 26 per month, then their health insurance rights will not be interrupted and they will owe these amounts after starting work. But if there is only one more month three years ago for which no health contribution has been made, the health insurance rights are lost.
MEPs also voted on provisions to provide grants in the amount of a percentage of turnover to micro, small and medium-sized enterprises, which, pursuant to an order of the Minister of Health in an emergency epidemic, ceased their activities after November 1, 2020. without VAT for the same calendar period within the period from March 1, 2019 to February 29, 2020 inclusive, for a period until the elimination of the relevant grounds for termination of activity.
For enterprises that after January 1, 2020 have started or resumed activity, which is suspended by order of the Minister of Health, the grant is equal to a percentage of their turnover excluding VAT for the previous month of the month in which it was suspended activity, read the adopted texts. Companies registered in 2020 will also be able to benefit from state grants as a percentage of turnover without VAT.
The deputies decided to unify the benefits for children with disabilities. Until now, the law provided for different amounts for children with settlements depending on whether they are placed in biological or adoptive families, or are placed in families of relatives or foster parents. The first group, according to the type and degree of disability, receives up to BGN 930 per month.
In the second group the amount is between BGN 350-490. However, the benefits under the Child Protection Act will be deducted from it, respectively the increase of the money for the second group is by BGN 50.
