For payment of funds under measure 60/40, employers submit to the Labor Office Directorate applications in an approved form. The assessment of the fulfillment of the conditions regulated by the decrees of the Council of Ministers is carried out by the Labor Office Directorate, where the employers who meet the necessary criteria submit monthly lists of employees for payment of funds for the previous month.
According to the lists received from the Employment Agency, the National Social Security Institute (NSSI) determines the amount of funds for each person - 60 percent of the insurance income for the month - August determined by the specific decree for determining the amount of funds for October, November and December 2020; October - to determine the amount of funds for January, February and March 2021
The funds for maintaining employment and the due social security contributions at the expense of the employer for all employees are transferred by the NSSI to the payment accounts of the respective employer. This happens twice a week, and the term from receiving the lists in the National Social Security Institute until the receipt of the amounts on the payment account of the insurer is not more than 5 working days with a normatively determined term of up to 10 working days.
For all payments the information is public and available on the NSSI website. The Institute has also provided an electronic service, through which information on their compensations is provided, available again through the NSSI website (www.nssi.bg), section "E-services", "Information", respectively in sections: "according to Bulstat and ICO of NSSI" after introduction of UIC of the insurer and Identification code of the insurer (ICO) issued by NSSI, or "with certificate" - for registered users with Qualified electronic signature (QES), containing UIC of the insurer.
